Linda Bellos, Helen Steel & Anne Ruzylo in Cambridge.

Linda Bellos OBE – revolutionary lesbian feminist, former Lambeth Council leader, founder of Black History Month UK, lifelong equalities campaigner.  Disinvited by a Cambridge College student society for saying she would publicly question some trans politics.

Helen Steel – trade unionist, social justice and environmental activist, McLibel defendent and heroic campaigner for justice against state spying and insitutionally sexist abuse by the police.  Attacked at the Anarchist Bookfair for defending the right of women to distribute leaflets voicing concern about the Tory government’s review of the Gender Recognition Act.

Anne Ruzylo – former prison officer, active trade unionist for thirty years, former Labour Party Women’s Officer Bexhill and Battle CLP. Subjected to an orchestrated smear campaign for her views on gender identity, prompting resignation in solidarity with her by entire executive committee of Bexhill and Battle CLP.
